Project Scope
Supply, erect and commissioning of 2 new 132kV Transformer bays, 132/33kV 90MVA Transformers, ancillary equipment and associated civil works for the replacement of 45MVA existing transformers
Our Scope
- Site survey, preparation of technical specifications, cost estimates, material list for procurement
- Project management, planning, progress reporting and site supervision
- Detailed design drawings – civil foundation, electrical plant, earthing, protection and AVC scheme
- FAT, civil construction, installation, testing and commissioning
- Defect liability and obtain completion certificate
Our Key Attributes
- Undertook a detailed condition assessment (calculations, site tests) for critical failure and found the existing transformer plinths are suitable – i.e. within the safety factor. Hence by utilising the existing plinths we reduced the project cost by approx. 25% and shorten the construction program by 1 ½ months.
