Project Scope
Construction of 4 new 40MVA rated 11kV circuits from the UKPN substation to 2 new BPS primary substations and 20 11kV secondary substations and associated HV and LV feeder circuits.
Our Scope
- To provide technical support as Professional Advisor to LEEP Utilities (an Independent Distribution Network Operator - IDNO) to ensure the assets adopted by LEEP meets the electrical standards for safe operation and future maintenance
- Our main objective is to review and approve the designs from the ICP and to check compliance against G81 standards
- Highlight any major non-compliances and propose corrective measures
- Undertake spot checks on the site installations and provide engineering recommendations
Our Key Attributes
- Advised LEEP on the best running arrangements for the 11kV network to ensure the maximum short circuit level is not exceeded
- Review of the 11kV cable ladder system in the cable containment
- Review of the earthing design and arrangements
